Our Quality Commitment

Quality is part of our everyday operations: it is part of our culture, the way we work, and the standard we give to our customers. Our organizational quality commitment is to deliver products on-time and defect free, every time.

This dedication is reinforced by carefully orchestrated management systems, processes, policies, and procedures on the entire aspects of our business. It covers sales, procurements, production processes, inspections, packaging, and shipping.

We conduct comprehensive quality control inspections from our raw materials to the final products to ensure that we meet all the quality assurance requirements. In addition, as part of our continuous improvement initiatives, we develop on-site research and development.

To enhance our engineering capabilities, we have engaged foreign technology advisors with wide experience in pulp and paper technology to train our engineers in production, machinery, and facility expansions. This training allows our engineer to conduct machine design, construction, and maintenance in house. Since our facility operates 24-7, we also developed an in-house workshop that handles equipment and machine maintenance, modification, and repair.
