Chief Executive Officer

David S. Kurniawan commenced his professional career at PT. PAKERIN in 1983, assuming the role of Commerce Director. In this capacity, he was entrusted with the responsibility of expanding the company's market shares and capacity. His outstanding contributions led to his appointment as President Director (CEO) in 2004.

David pursued his academic aspirations at renowned institutions, having studied at Boston University and graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, accompanied by a minor in Economics. Prior to joining his family's business, he honed his skills as a consultant and site engineer at John Holland, an Australian construction company.

Over the course of his career, he showcased his entrepreneurial acumen by co-founding several prominent companies specializing in corrugated boxes and paper packaging. These include PT. Paboxin, PT. Indopack Pratama (in collaboration with Amcor Plc), and PT. Asia Carton Lestari, established in 1985, 1992, and 1997, respectively.

Through his visionary leadership, strategic decision-making, and unwavering dedication, David has played a pivotal role in propelling the growth of the company he oversees, leading it to become one of the frontrunners in the national industrial paper market.

Chief Financial Officer

Suryomurti, born in 1966. He is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PT. PAKERIN with extensive experience in the financial sector.

Suryomurti pursued his academic endeavors at the prestigious Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, where he graduated with a degree in Accounting. Eager to expand his knowledge and expertise, he further honed his skills by undertaking specialized training and courses in Business Management, both domestically and internationally.

With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Suryomurti has held numerous senior management positions, including Vice President and Board of Director roles, within various private, multinational, and state-owned enterprises. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, construction/real estate, as well as management and financial consulting services.

Throughout his career, Suryomurti has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a strategic approach to financial decision-making. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, coupled with his expertise in managing financial risks, has made him a valuable asset to the organizations he has served.

As the CFO, Suryomurti plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of the organization. His responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Chief Operating Officer

Hendrata Atmoko is a prominent Indonesian business executive. Born in Indonesia in 1945, he has established himself as a respected leader in the corporate world, with a wealth of experience spanning several decades.

Hendrata's professional journey began in 1967, he steadily climbed the ranks and held various positions of increasing responsibility, from Manager in PT. Merck Indonesia, General Manager in Tempo Pharmaceutical, Director in PT. Dwi Satrya Utama Group, PT. Lippo Industry, PT. Mulia Industrindo, until Vice President Director in PT. Asri Pancarwarna. His strategic leadership and business acumen were instrumental in driving the group's expansion and success across various industries.

Building on his successes, Hendrata joined PT. PAKERIN in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), a position that further showcases his leadership skills and ability to drive organizational growth. Chief Business Development Officer

John K. Young embarked on his career at PT. PAKERIN, assuming the role of Vice-Plant Manager in 2011 and Deputy Director since 2016. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), responsible for formulating business plans to drive business growth and collaborating with customers and business partners to create effective marketing, brand, and sales strategies.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and KPMG, where he engaged in a wide range of projects across various industries. These projects included internal and IT audits, strategic business development and improvement initiatives. During his consultancy career, John worked closely with prominent national and international clients, such as Pertamina, Bumi Resources, Boral, AusAid, TVN (now called RTV), Bank Danamon, and many more.

John has a strong entrepreneurial background. While pursuing his master's degree, he co-founded a US-based food seasoning business in partnership with UNICEF for product development. This spirit continued during his tenure at PT. PAKERIN, where he established and managed multiple businesses, including food and beverage, eCommerce, IT services, trading companies, and building materials manufacturer. John's diverse experience in both consultancy and entrepreneurship positions him as a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of business development strategies and an ability to drive growth and innovation.
